The FFP2 / KN95 L725 respirator is a KN95 respirator according to the GB 2626-2006 standard (corresponding to the FFP2 protection class).

The respirator traps various types of impurities in several layers and the smallest microorganisms in the last layer.

The use of respirators of the KN95 / KP95 type according to GB 2626-2006 can be recommended especially for non-medical professions that come into frequent and close contact with people or food (such as cashiers, police officers, firefighters, food workers, etc.). Veils or respirators of lower protection classes (FFP1, KN90 / KP90) are suitable for community use, which, thanks to the sealing line, provide an ever higher level of protection than standard medical and non-medical drapes thanks to the correct use and use.

The protection of the KN95 standard is recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) as the minimum standard of protection.

Warning:

The GB2626-2006 standard distinguishes between KN and KP type filter respirators. The KN type filter filters only non-oil particles, the KP type filter filters both oil and non-oil particles. The number after the filter designation is further added to the number indicating the filtration percentage. This standard applies to full face masks and disposable and reusable half masks. There are variants with and without a valve. The KN95 type respirator therefore filters non-oil particles with an efficiency of at least 95%. KN100 / KP100 type respirators have an efficiency of at least 99.97%. It follows that the KN95 respirator always has an efficiency at the FFP2 level (which has a minimum filtration efficiency of 94%), some may even reach the FFP3 level. However, this standard is primarily intended for industry, respirators meeting this standard are usually used for protection for activities such as painting, welding and other industrial activities. It should be noted that the standard does not require resistance to body fluids (and the respirator is not tested for penetration oil particles) and therefore respirators of this type should be used with great caution and only in exceptional cases.
